Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

 

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary by product and origin. Many items ship from domestic warehouses and arrive within 5–12 business days. Some items are sourced directly from our overseas partners and can take 2–3 weeks (typically 10–20 business days) to arrive. The estimated delivery window for each item is shown on its product page before you buy, so you always know what to expect.

 

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

 

Delays

Occasionally, carrier or customs delays outside our control can extend delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out and we'll help track it down or make it right.
